About the Chef, Kathryn Arceneaux

Kathryn’s Kuisine brings healthy, wholesome cooking and loved ones back home. My goal is to build beautiful memories of conversation and laughter around the dining room table. I do this by providing hands-on meal preparation lessons in-home. I specialize in 2 different cuisines: Cajun & Mediterranean.

Using the “teach to fish” philosophy, I create personalized and hands-on lessons where I instruct in the customer’s private home or at an alternative site of choice. I will work with you in creating a menu to satisfy your dietary needs and wishes.

  • Classes are from 4 to 10 people.
  • Class tuition per person: $50 (appetizer, salad & dessert/2 hours) or $75 (appetizer, salad, main entrée and dessert/3 hours).
  • Class with wine pairing: $75 (entrée & wine).  Class includes sensory tasting & hands-on cooking of the entrée.
  • Classes include lesson on history and culture of the cuisine, all ingredients, recipes, hands-on instruction, meal sharing together and most importantly a fun and memorable time with loved ones.
